Cancellation Policy
*Once payment has been received and your session is confirmed, you (the client) are allowed one opportunity to reschedule for any reason. The rescheduled request will need to be rebooked & completed within 15 days of your cancellation or the session fee will be forfeited. *All deposit are non-refundable. *A second cancellation/request for rescheduling will result in the forfeiture of your original session fee already received. A new invoice will be created if a session is still needed. * A No call/No show for any session is considered as session time used and will not be rescheduled.
